Our professional development days yielded some really good information from many standpoints. My Innovative Learning Spaces group are making classrooms amazing. Seating is not traditional and we are planning even more changes! Our building is really doing some innovative things using Bloxels, Breakout Boxes, Makey Makeys, and Spheros. Techsperts are helping plan lessons for the different units teachers are preparing to teach. I am thrilled to see our materials!
Techsperts have seen some changes. The 7 & 8 graders stayed the same with the addition of one. The sixth graders have all changed. It is a semester class for them. This allows them to experience other electives to see if they want to continue as a Techspert! The school year has been a new beginning for us. New administration has allowed a different perspective on the building and the students. I am extremely grateful for the opportunities afforded me in my position as LMS for our school. I am excited to share with others the things I learn! I am looking forward to finishing out this school year strong! If you have not been by to see us lately, stop in and see us! |
